Here is a training pic of Cole working Turkish Delight. We plan on entering him in a 100 Mile Endurance race here [link]

Mark, the trainer of Iron Dune Stable's race horses, sighed as he looked over the profile of IDS's Teke horses. "So you want to enter Ak Toinak, and Terkish Delight in a 100 Mile race?" he asked Heather, the owner of the stables.
Heather, nodded with a smile. "Yep. I know Ak Toinak is mostey flat but endurance is in his blood too. I think he can do it..we still have enough time to properly condition him. Turk, has been training for over a year. He'll be ready in plenty of time without a problem..."
Mark, nodded. "Alright I'll go round up Cole and see what I can do.. I assume you'll make that poor jock ride one but who will ride the other?" he asked curiously. Mark was too old to be doing this mess..Cole was only for the flat racers so he'd have to whipe some shape into the boy as well..
Heather, "me" she said simply.
Mark, raised an eyebrow. "But.."
Heather, sighed. "Mr.Mark please don't argue of course I'll be training too. "
Mark nodded after talking a little longer he walked out and took Cole to the stables.

Soon Cole was up on Turkish Delight and listening to Mark as he explained what he wanted Cole to do. "..now you make sure to keep him at a nice and easy canter and troting till you get back to this rocks over yonder." he said nodding to a small rocky outcrop. "Then i want you to push him as hard as he can go. If he's going to run an endurance race, he'll need a strong ending kick to get past whatever horses are in front. " he added. The exercise was going to be a solid 25 miles. Turk was already well trained and conditioned as Heather said but Cole needed a lot of time in the saddle to adjust from short flat races to long endurance... The older man chuckled softly as eh walked back to the stable. "Oh is that boy in for a sore butt.." he snickered, now sitting on a bench under some trees.

Cole, clucked softly and the teke stud broke into an easy, ground covering canter. He was carefully positioned over his withers listening to the steady beats of his hooves, the way his breathing fit in with the rhythm.
At the end of the day Turk had done perfectly.. Cole? not so much.. he walked with his legs spread like a poor actor on an old western show...
Mark laughed as the young man 'walked' past.
Cole, muttered under his breath how that old man was trying to kill him... instantly he put on a big ol smile for Heather when she walked up. "Hello there." she smiled after walking away from one of the grooms. "So how did he do?" she asked them.
Mark took to liberty of answering. "Turk ran like a dream and Cole needs to man up." he chuckled.
Cole, glared some.
