Finally information of the where abouts of our poor Heist have been called in!

Natalie and Reef sat in their motel room silently. Natalie being on her laptop surfing the web and Reef reading a popular thriller.

"Hey, check this out- The Heist is missing. He was stolen apparently." she raised an eyebrow and tilted her head to glance at her co worker. Reef lowered her book and paused.

"From Iron Dune Stables?" Natalie nodded. "Oh yeah, I heard that on the news-"
a whinny sounded outside. The girls glanced at each other and jumped off their beds.

"You don't think...?" Natalie trailed off.
"No way..." Reef shook her head and frowned. Another cry and it was clearly a horse. They sounded distressed and lonely.
"Sh- should we go out there?" Reef nodded bravely.
"What if it is The Heist? We have to do something." she whispered.

The girls opened the motel door quietly and peeked out. There was in fact a two horse trailer in the parking lot with its lights on. There were men talking somewhere but not in sight. The trailer rocked as the horse within stomped around nervously.
"Should we... do something?" Reef whispered and glanced at Natalie.
"Let's go se if its really him, then we can come back and call Iron Dune and the police."
"Right... the coast is clear, lets go." The two girls bolted towards the trailer as fast as they could. It appeared when they got there that no one saw them.

"I'll climb up and check, you keep watch." Reef nodded and peered around the trailer to see two men talking on the other side of the motel.
Natalie climbed up on the step and glanced through the window. The trailer was new looking and modern since it had a light on the inside. The horse inside snorted and whinnied.
"Well?" Reef hissed.
"Its a bay..."
Heist shivered some as he looked at the girl in the tailer with him. He snorted and pawed at the wall of the trailer. He was scared. The Sooty bay turned his head and stared at her, nickering nervously.
"Yeah okay- 3 of our horses are bays."
"I can't tell if it has dapples, the lighting sucks."
"Hurry, the guys are coming back!"
"Wait! It is! It's him! The eyes! Blue eyes with the gold!"
"Shhh!!" Reef pulled Natalie off the trailer. "We have to get the police and Iron Dune!"
Heist freaked out again, whinnying and stomping. 'please don't go!' he seemed to scream.
The girls pressed themselves against the trailer and glanced at each other in panic. The men came closer to the trailer. They parted ways with one going back to the motel room. The other got into the truck and put it in drive.
Reef and Natalie jumped out of the way just as the truck and trailer spun out of the parking lot with astonishing speed.
"We have to call in." the girls ran back to their room and locked the door behind them.


Jared was sitting in the passenger seat with Frank as he drove away. The plan was to leave Garrett here, to help keep their tracks covered... little had he known that two girls were already onto them..

The phone rang in Heather's office and she picked it up. "Iron Dune Stable." she said with a sigh but froze when a police officer spoke on the other end of the line. The Heist was spotted at a motel!! He was still alive and only minorly scratched from what the witnesses saw... She was in tears of happiness and sadness as the officer got information from her and filled her in. There were a few road blocks, checking each horse trailer that passed through..
