Personality: He's somewhat of a 'bad boy' but hasn't done anything to cause trouble at IDS though. This guy seems pretty intimidating and takes threats seriously. He is usually pretty level headed and respects those who reason things out with him but if you try bossing him around he'll become cold and a little vicious.

Background: Not much is known about Cole's past and he doesn't care to talk about it much. If you ask he usually answers with things like, "I never did get along with my family" "I got tired of the way i lived so i got up and moved" or change the subject.

Other: He and Lance really seem to hate each other, especially with the later's sudden interest in their employer, Heather.
He LOVES chicken teriyaki, feed him some and he'll be your friend forever...
